Capture and processing
Capture runs on the self-hosted lesson infrastructure. Files are validated and uploaded as unlisted only after lifecycle checks.

Access
Recordings are displayed inside Student Access. A direct YouTube link is not the product.

Downloads
Downloads are disabled by default and require a logged administrative exception.

Retention
Temporary local files are deleted only after confirmed upload, processing and linkage. The unlisted copy is reviewed periodically while its pedagogical purpose remains.

Revocation and deletion
Access can be revoked immediately. Remote deletion requires confirmed administrative action and the appropriate OAuth permission.

Minors
Where the student cannot consent alone, a responsible adult must authorize the recording.
